No Bake Snack



INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup pitted dates, cut in half and soaked in water for a couple hours

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

  • 2 tablespoon carob powder

  • pinch of salt


Optional: additional coconut flakes to coat the balls



DIRECTIONS

  • Soak the water out of the dates

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until the mixture starts clumping into a ball.

  • Form little balls and store in an air tight container, in the fridge.

  • You can roll the balls in coconut flakes, if you want to make them less sticky.
