Carob Fudge

INGREDIENTS:


  • 15 pitted medjool dates, soaked

  • 1/4 cup carob powder

  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/3 cup cocoa butter



DIRECTIONS:

  1. Remove pits from dates. Add dates to small bowl and cover with warm water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to soften.

  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor, liquid first, and process until smooth

  3. Place between two pieces of parchment paper and refrigerate for an hour

  4. Cut in the desired shape

  5. Enjoy!
